Completed Cels #25

Webmaster’s Note: A cel, is the short term for celluloid (seruga in japanese). It’s a transparent sheet on which objects are drawn or painted for traditional, hand-drawn animation. Cels were used for animation up until the late 20th century before being replaced by digital animation.

Dragon Ball Z and GT dating from 1989-1997, they were entirely made with cels

This cels is a gift from Simply Country scanned directly from the original cels made by the Toei studios.
