Dragon Ball Z Kai/GT : Animation Celluloids Hand-drawn (Half Completed)

Webmaster’s Note: A cel, is the short term for celluloid (seruga in japanese). It’s a transparent sheet on which objects are drawn or painted for traditional, hand-drawn animation. Cels were used for animation up until the late 20th century before being replaced by digital animation.

Dragon Ball Z and GT dating from 1989-1997, they were entirely made with cels

These cels comes from Simply Country’s personnal collection. She scanned the original cels made by the Bird Studio Shueisha Toei Animation.
