You need to click on the uke body’s (middle character of the sandwhich) to activate the fellatio animation.

You can decide who’s on top and who’s bottom by clicking on the transparent arrow which is located in the upper right corner of the animation. By clicking several times with your mouse cursor over each of the three characters you’ll be able to select your favorite sandwich.
