"Leave me. I'm done with you," Vegeta murmured, wiping tears from his eyes.

"My prince don't ask me to," Raditz pleaded, gently reaching out to him.

"Damn it all," Vegeta whispered. "You know if you tell anyone of me like this I'll kill you."

"My life is at your command," Raditz said, reaching down and this time the Prince let the longhaired Saiyan pick him up. Cradling Vegeta in his arms Raditz carried him to the bed and lay him tenderly on the peeled back covers.

Vegeta instantly curled up on himself, hugging himself. Raditz lay down behind him, curling his own body around Vegeta's small one. The prince did not push him away, rather he welcomed his lover's warmth. "It won't ever end," he whispered.

"What is that my Prince?"

"Nothing. Forget it," Vegeta pushed away whatever weak things he was to admit. Raditz worried that he was the cause of his Prince's misery and wrapped great muscled arms around the trembling prince. Vegeta snuggled into him, pressing his back to Raditz broad chest.

"I swear nobody will know of this," he whispered, knowing the prince meant not the sexual relationship, but the humiliation of royal tears. Not even Nappa had ever been permitted to see the prince cry. Raditz had the rare privilege and was sworn to secrecy. Swallowing hard, Raditz squeezed his prince close, wanting to protect him from the life they both knew too well.

"I will not leave you, your Majesty. Till you bid me to and I know you mean it," Raditz promised. Vegeta soon forgot his tears and let his breathing synch with that of his lover wrapped around him. Safe in his arms, Vegeta soon fell asleep. Raditz buried his face in Vegeta's neck, praying to the gods that he would be able to protect him though he lacked the power to do so.
