After Vegeta and Goku had gone to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Gohan and Trunks decided to have lunch. Their appetites were over the roof with all the fighting and nearly having died. Only when the food finally hit Gohan’s stomach, did he start calming down and realized how lucky they were to have survived. Next to him, Trunks was eating lunch with unconcealed appetite. He seemed not to be thinking about anything – just enjoying the delicious meal. It was safe for now, and Gohan’s eyes started to wander over the openings in the other teen’s torn clothing. It was definitely not the first time that Gohan had found himself admiring Trunks’ body, but it was definitely the first time that Gohan had consciously realized why he continued doing that and why he was hiding his interest. Oblivious to his rowing eyes, Trunks continued to slurp on his ramen. Gohan wondered if Trunks realized even a tiny bit how precious he was to him. Probably not. After all, he had only understood it now himself.
