Perhaps this place didn’t have a dishwasher but it certainly had a huge bathtub that Gohan and Trunks had come to finally appreciate. This was their first time taking a bath together but both of them hoped that there would be plenty more to come.

They had discussed the dangers of failing to perform the ritual correctly, but there wasn’t much they could do in advance.

“What if we… I don’t know…” Gohan trailed off. “What if we accidentally summon a demon from…eh…let’s say Sixty-Fourth Dimension?”

“Why Sixty-Fourth? Perhaps Twenty-Fifth would be enough?”

“I’m serious. What if something goes wrong?”

“I don’t know. If it’s a succubus or incubus, we could be hospitable and invite them to have a bubble bath with us. You never know – could be quite fun.”

“Or we could just blast them.”

Trunks grinned. “Jealous?”

“A little bit.”

“We don’t need to perform the ritual. I told you I…”

“Don’t you start again. We’re doing it. I just want to make sure we do it correctly.”
