One evening, when they returned from one long day of picking cucumbers and then a harsh training session with Goku, they found that the mailman had delivered three parcels for them. They were surprised because they hadn’t ordered anything. However, once they had opened the parcels, they appeared to be filled with samples of various posters, postcards, magazines and T-shirts with Gohan’s photos on them. They had been sent by the magazine that Gohan had signed the contract with.

Gohan and Trunks leafed through the parcel contents, wondering. All of it seemed so far in the past, the contest, the photoshoots, the interviews, the popularity. Gohan felt strange looking at his own photos.
