This is Vegekaka in its most violent-primal register: SSJ4 turns rivalry into muscle, teeth, lightning, and impact. Goku x Vegeta does not need tenderness here because the closeness already says enough — two Saiyans crashing into each other like the fight is the only language honest enough.
