030 : Life Is Unfair

About twenty good minutes had passed before Gohan had enough energy to fly. His flight was mostly fueled by anger. Well, the thought about how nice it would be to have some ice-cream was somewhere there too.

He found the two assholes walking around the town enjoying their ice-cream. He followed them but was soon forced to clean himself up as passers-by kept giving him horrified looks due to his wounds.

“I want raspberry ice-cream!” he demanded.

“Sure thing,” Goku said. He started looking through his pockets. For a moment there, Gohan was certain that he would pretend not to have any money on him. To his joy, Goku pulled out a few banknotes and waved them in the air before giving them to him. “Treat yourself, you deserved it today.”

“I think I do deserve it every day,” Gohan mumbled snatching the money.

“Yes,” Goku agreed, “but today especially.”
