Goku and Trunks were sitting a sofa, studying a book on martial arts. It was one of those that Master Roshi had gotten rid of. One day he had mysteriously showed up at their house with a wooden box full of books. Those were the books that he no longer had any use of. He had heard from someone that Gohan liked reading and had decided to gift them to him.

Gohan turned to the sofa where Trunks and Goku were giggling like children, pointing their fingers at some of the most incredible illustrations. They were obviously having lots of fun.

Gohan turned away and sighed. There went his dreams of having a pajama party with Trunks. He scratched himself behind the bandage on his head. The wound was healing well and was itchy as hell.

Trunks laughed loudly again and Gohan glared at him. He had the urge to conk him on the head with his book. Trunks had been supposed to become his friend, not his father’s.
