Trunks felt sickish that morning as soon as he woke up. It didn’t go that great at breakfast table either, he not eating anything. It was a clear sign that something was wrong with his body as Saiyans didn’t ever lose appetite. Gohan kept asking how he felt and if anything hurt, but Trunks repeated that he was alright.

After Gohan had had his breakfast, they went for a spar. They fought for half an hour just as per usual then, suddenly, instead of being blocked, Gohan’s fist went right through Trunks’ forearm. Both of them froze in shock. Then Trunks glanced at Gohan’s face quickly, irrationally hoping that the other teen somehow hadn’t noticed his transparent arm. Gohan was staring right at him and it was clear that he had made his own conclusions from the fact that Trunks was more worried about the other teen’s reaction than his disappearing limb.

“You’ve got some explaining to do,” Gohan said in a moment, powering down.
