Trunks did gather a rather large pile of coconuts and bananas. Gohan, however, wasn’t allowed to rest either and was sent fishing. When he returned, Trunks was already waiting for him with the fruit and the fire for cooking the fish. He had even prepared some twigs.

“How efficient!” Gohan said, kneeling down next to the fire. He started skewering the fish on the twigs using them like spits.

Trunks watched him working then picked up one of the coconuts from the pile, poked two holes through with his fingers and took a sip.
